Candidate CPA
- CPA with more than 5 years of experience in accounting, including in a Big 4 cabinet and in a private company of the service sector
- More specifically:
- o Prepare month-end files and analysis of actual figures versus budget
o Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements of all the entities, including statement of
earnings, balance sheet and cash flow
o Prepare quarterly board meeting presentation
o Supervise various special projects (new acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.)
o Participate in internal control improvement
o Participate in budget preparation
o Prepare notice to reader and review files
o Prepare corporate and fiduciary tax returns - Excellent communication skills and attention to details
- Systems : Microsoft Office – Word. Excel. PowerPoint. Access, Accounting software: Sage, Writeup, Dynacom, Caseware, Caseview, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks (online and desktop), TaxPrep
- French, English 8/10
Salary Expectations: 80-85 K + bonus 10%
